How to cook Shanghai Style Mini Pork Wonton
Boil the Wontons
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil (about 1 liter / 4 cups).
- Add frozen wontons directly into boiling water.
- Stir gently to prevent sticking.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes or until wontons float and look translucent.
- Remove with slotted spoon. Do not thaw before cooking.
- No need to add salt to water.
