Every product is made from scratch in our kitchen, dough and Dumpling skins is prepared using Australian-grown flour, fillings are made fresh in-house using farm delivery ingredients.

Our journey began with supplying premium dining venues, where chefs demand only the best: handmade doughs, generous fillings, and food that’s consistent, authentic, and flavourful. At Bao House, every bao, dumpling, and dim sum item is crafted by hand — just like how it’s done in the kitchens of the top restaurants we serve.

We tested recipes without preservatives, MSG, or added colours. We trimmed down ingredients to only the essentials. We challenged ourselves to keep the full flavour and soul of traditional Chinese food — without the heaviness or shortcuts that modern manufacturing often brings.
