Cooking Instructions – Pan-Fry (Yaki Gyoza Style):

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Place frozen gyoza flat side down, without overcrowding.

Fry for 2–3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add ¼ cup of water (60ml) to the pan and cover with a lid immediately.

Steam for 4–5 minutes until the water has evaporated.

Remove the lid and cook for another 1 minute to re-crisp the base.

Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
