Cooking Instructions:
Steam (Recommended):

Fill your steamer with water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.

Place frozen xiao long bao in the steamer basket, leaving space between each dumpling to prevent sticking.

Cover and steam for 8–9 minutes once steam is visibly rising.

Carefully remove and serve immediately with black vinegar and julienned ginger.
Note:
– If cooking from frozen, add an extra 1–2 minutes.
– Avoid over-steaming to maintain the dumpling’s delicate skin.
Caution:
– Filling will be extremely hot—allow to cool slightly before biting into the dumpling to enjoy the soup safely.
