- Steam: Steam from frozen for 10 minutes.
- Microwave: One bao at a time, 50 seconds (1 min 20 sec for two). Keep the paper on and use a damp towel.

Bao can be traced back as far as 400 BC as a staple of Chinese cuisine. For centuries the soft, fluffy dough filled with savory or sweet flavors has varied from region to region, but the ease and deliciousness of the traditional Asian food has remained. In 2003 Wow Bao was born and we’ve spent the last 20 years putting the Wow in Bao.
